Shipping Policy
National certified mail shipping delivery takes from 3 - 5 labour days.
Europe certified mail shipping delivery takes from 5 - 7 labour days.
International certified mail shipping delivery takes from 5 - 15 labour days.
Certified shipping includes a tracking
number available until the order leaves Spain.
After this timing depends on the policy
of each destination country.
Returns Policy
We offer refunds or exchanges only within 14 days of receipt products.
Exchanges and Return's shipping costs are not refundable. And new
shipping must be paid again by customers.
To make the exchange or return you need first to contact us by email explaining your reasons.
Refunds will be issued with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card or PayPal)
Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement, this depends on your personal banking.
